GREEN, Ohio – Breeze Airways is expanding its service from Akron-Canton Airport with a new nonstop route to Savannah, Georgia, scheduled to launch on May 7. The new flights will operate twice a week on Thursdays and Sundays.
“Breeze’s addition of Savannah service at Akron-Canton Airport is great news for Northeast Ohio,” said Lisa Dalpiaz, the airport’s vice president of air service and business development, in a statement. “This new option gives travelers another affordable, convenient way to reach a destination they love, and we appreciate Breeze’s continued commitment to growing their presence in our community.”
The Savannah route becomes the 15th nonstop destination offered by Breeze Airways from Akron-Canton. Allegiant Air also provides nonstop service from the airport to the Savannah/Hilton Head area.
