Nikki Bella has revealed that a key moment during her recent attack on Stephanie Vaquer on WWE RAW was completely unscripted.
Speaking on her podcast, The Nikki & Brie Show, the former Divas Champion told fellow superstar Bayley that the decision to rip her shirt open was spontaneous.
Bella explained that the shirt-rip became part of her presentation when she returned to the ring without a championship title, feeling the need for an extra element after her signature taunt. “After the booty shake, my body wasn’t satisfied, so I just started ripping my shirt,” she recalled.
She confirmed the same impulsive energy was behind her actions after turning on Vaquer. “It was just a feeling,” Bella said. “It wasn’t even a plan. I don’t even know what came over me, but I just needed to give something else.”
The unscripted moment followed Bella’s surprise attack on Vaquer during her entrance on last week’s episode of RAW. The two are now scheduled to face off for the Women’s World Championship at the upcoming WWE Survivor Series: WarGames event.
