Conduent Incorporated (Nasdaq: CNDT), a global provider of business solutions and services, has appointed Michael J. Fucci to its Board of Directors, effective October 27. Fucci, the former Chair of Deloitte US, brings over four decades of strategic and operational leadership experience to the position.
During his tenure as Deloitte US Chair from 2015 to 2019, Fucci provided governance and strategic oversight on key priorities such as enterprise strategy, leadership succession, risk management, and executive compensation. He first joined a Deloitte predecessor firm in 1981, eventually becoming instrumental in expanding its human capital business into an industry leader and later serving as Chief Operating Officer. Fucci, who retired from Deloitte in 2020, currently serves on the boards of Acadia Healthcare and Flotek Industries, Inc.
