Former Black Eyed Peas singer Fergie celebrated her son Axl Jack Duhamel’s 11th birthday by sharing a rare collection of personal photos with her followers. The tribute offered a glimpse into her son’s life, with images capturing him playing soccer, performing on stage, and posing with his famous parents over the years.
In a heartfelt message accompanying the photos, the Grammy-winning artist expressed her admiration for her son. “It is so fun watching you grow in every phase of your life,” Fergie wrote. “No matter what jersey you’re wearing, I’ll always be your biggest cheerleader for anything you want to do in life. I love you beyond words.”
Fergie shares Axl with her ex-husband, actor Josh Duhamel. Since announcing their separation in 2017, the pair has maintained a positive and supportive co-parenting relationship. In a previous interview, Fergie described Duhamel as a “good co-parenting partner,” adding, “We’re all love and we love each other. We’re all cool and just a family.”
Duhamel has also praised their amicable dynamic, particularly highlighting how his ex-wife welcomed his new wife, Audra Mari, whom he married in 2022. “Fergie is an amazing woman,” he remarked on The Jess Cagle Show. “She’s taken Audra in… Thankfully we have a really civil situation.” The blended family grew in January 2024 when Duhamel and Mari welcomed their son, Shepherd, making Axl a big brother.
