Jim Cramer has advised investors to avoid Bitmine Immersion Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: BMNR), suggesting they invest directly in cryptocurrencies instead.
During the “Lightning Round” segment of his show, a caller inquired about the company, prompting a dismissive response from Cramer.
“We don’t play that game,” he stated. “If you want to own that kind of stuff, just go buy some Bitcoin. Go, buy some Ethereum. I own them both. They’re fine.”
Bitmine Immersion specializes in blockchain infrastructure, offering services that include hosting, self-mining of digital assets like Bitcoin, and the sale of mining equipment. The company also provides advanced data center solutions with custom software and thermodynamic management.
Despite Cramer’s cautionary stance, BMNR stock has performed exceptionally well, surging nearly 310% since its initial listing on the NYSE American exchange.
