SALADO, Texas – State officials have canceled an Amber Alert for a 13-year-old girl from Salado, three days after she was reported missing. The Texas Department of Public Safety discontinued the alert shortly before 10 p.m. on Wednesday.
The teen was last seen around 10 a.m. Sunday in the 15200 block of FM 2484. Authorities had also identified 18-year-old Kyle Price as a person of interest in connection with her disappearance.
According to the initial alert, the girl is described as 5’2″ with brown hair and green eyes. She was last seen wearing a black shirt, black shorts, and glasses. Price is described as 5’7″ with blond hair and blue eyes.
Officials have not yet confirmed the girl’s current condition or whether Price has been located.
