Shae Cornette Succeeds Molly Qerim as New Host of ESPN’s First Take

Shae Cornette has been named the new permanent host of ESPN’s popular debate show, First Take. She will replace longtime moderator Molly Qerim, who made an abrupt departure from the program last month.

Following Qerim’s exit, ESPN conducted an on-air search for her successor, featuring a rotation of guest hosts alongside the show’s star, Stephen A. Smith. The network has now officially selected Cornette to fill the role full-time.
