Daniel Dubois will seek redemption when he faces Oleksandr Usyk in a highly anticipated rematch for the undisputed heavyweight championship at Wembley Stadium.
Their first encounter in 2023 ended in a ninth-round TKO victory for Usyk, though the result was shadowed by controversy. Dubois floored the Ukrainian in the fifth round with a body shot that was ruled a low blow, a decision that has been heavily debated since.
Following that win, Usyk made history by outpointing Tyson Fury in May to become the first undisputed heavyweight champion of the four-belt era. He later vacated the IBF title.
Dubois was subsequently elevated to IBF champion and solidified his status with a brutal knockout victory over Anthony Joshua at Wembley last September. He now returns to the same venue for his clash with Usyk, where the winner will claim undisputed status.
