The Powerball jackpot is set to grow again after no ticket matched all six numbers in the Wednesday, July 30, drawing for a grand prize of $384 million.
The winning numbers drawn on Wednesday were 4, 15, 35, 50, and 64, with a Powerball of 8. The Power Play multiplier was 4x.
While the top prize went unclaimed, one player in Massachusetts won $2 million by matching all five white balls with the Power Play option. No tickets matched the five numbers for the standard $1 million prize. The next drawing will take place on Saturday, August 2, shortly after 11 p.m. ET.
There have been four Powerball jackpot winners in 2025. A player in California won $204.5 million on May 31, following a $167.3 million win in Kentucky on April 26. Earlier in the year, jackpots were won in California for $527 million on March 29 and in Oregon for $328.5 million on January 18.
To play Powerball, players purchase a $2 ticket and select five numbers from 1 to 69, plus one red Powerball number from 1 to 26. For an additional $1, the Power Play feature can multiply non-jackpot prizes. Players may choose their own numbers or use the Quick Pick option for computer-generated numbers.
Drawings are held every Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday night. If no one wins the jackpot, the prize money rolls over and increases for the next drawing.
Powerball tickets are sold at gas stations, convenience stores, and grocery stores. In some states, tickets can also be purchased online through authorized lottery courier services.
