WNBA All-Star Weekend is set to begin in Indianapolis, with the festivities starting Friday night despite the absence of injured Indiana Fever star Caitlin Clark.
The weekend’s action commences with the Skills Challenge, where Atlanta Dream forward Allisha Gray will defend her 2024 title. She faces a field of talented guards, including Natasha Cloud of the New York Liberty, Seattle Storm duo Skylar Diggins and Erica Wheeler, and Courtney Williams from the Minnesota Lynx.
Following the Skills Challenge, the league’s top sharpshooters will compete in the 3-Point Contest. Gray will also be defending her crown in this event, competing against a lineup that includes current record-holder Sabrina Ionescu, Los Angeles Sparks guard Kelsey Plum, and Washington Mystics rookie Sonia Citron.
