DALLAS (AP) — A 12-calendar year-previous boy has been arrested and billed with murder in a hit-and-run car crash that killed an 82-calendar year-old female past month, Dallas police said Wednesday.
Law enforcement reported the boy was driving the wheel of a grey sedan that struck Florence Kelly as she was driving in north Dallas on Nov. 7. Police did not discover the little one by title. He is charged as a juvenile, and it was not straight away crystal clear no matter whether he has a lawyer who could talk for him.
Kelly’s motor vehicle was struck by the speeding Toyota Avalon all over 11 a.m. as she was pulling into an intersection on her way to get groceries, in accordance to WFAA-Tv set. Kelly was taken to a hospital immediately after the crash and died of her injuries.
