This came in a tweet by the Saudi port on its official page on the social networking site, Twitter, in which it stated: “The resumption of commercial movement between the Kingdom and the State of Qatar, with the arrival of 27 containers from Hamad Port to King Abdulaziz Port.”
King Abdul Aziz Port in Dammam is considered “the main port of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia on the Arabian Gulf. It is the main gateway for goods from all over the world to enter the eastern and central regions of the Kingdom, in addition to that it provides specialized services such as the oil industry,” according to the port’s official website.
