Ukrainian officials announced on Wednesday that the second missile attack launched by Russia on Kyiv This week, at least 34 people were injured, and damage to homes and a children’s hospital.

Officials said that the falling debris led to injuries and destruction in three areas of Kiev on the eastern side of the Dnipro River, which passes through the capital.
