On Friday morning, Israeli forces stormed Jenin refugee camp in the West Bank, and fired rocket-propelled grenades at a house in which Palestinians pursued by the occupation are holed up.
Al-Jazeera correspondent reported that 4 Palestinians were wounded while they were resisting the Israeli occupation forces’ storming of the area.
It was reported that the occupation army clashed with Palestinian youths.
The occupation forces fired shells at the home of the Al-Daba’i family in Jenin refugee camp, to force them to surrender.
Palestine TV said that a wounded man with live bullets arrived at Ibn Sina Specialized Hospital in the city of Jenin after the Israeli army stormed the city.
The local JMedia agency said that the injured is the former prisoner Daoud Al-Zubaidi, brother of the prisoner Zakaria Al-Zubaidi, one of the leaders of the National Liberation Movement, Fatah.
She added that armed clashes are currently taking place inside Jenin camp, at a time when the army is besieging a house in the Al-Hadaf area on the outskirts of the camp, and is calling on loudspeakers for a young man to surrender.
The Israeli army said that during the past hours, its forces carried out preemptive and preventive operations in the West Bank, without further details.
Fatah movement said that the Israeli occupation forces fired rocket-propelled grenades at a building in which a wanted man is holed up in Jenin.
For its part, the (government) Voice of Palestine Radio said that the Israeli army shot a Palestinian youth northeast of Al-Bireh (central West Bank), without giving further details.
