And when quizzed on his opinion following Sunday’s full time whistle, Ronaldo refused to answer before replying to Sky Sport with a huge grin on his face: ‘Cristiano is back this is the most important thing.’
The five-time Ballon d’Or winner also added: ‘I have been stationary. I had no symptoms and I felt good. Today I went back to doing what I like, playing football.

Last Friday, Ronaldo finally returned a negative coronavirus test that allowed him to return to action for the Italian giants.
Ronaldo had originally tested positive for coronavirus while on duty with Portugal during the last international break.
The news broke following Portugal’s fixtures against France and Spain on October 13 despite Ronaldo being asymptomatic throughout his entire self-isolation period.
Friends revealed that he ‘felt like a beast forced to stay in cage’ while frustrated in quarantine, according to Italian news outlet Tuttosport.
Two weeks after his initial diagnosis, Ronaldo took another test – but another positive result saw his return to the Juventus squad delayed even further.

But he has finally returned to the fold and in some style, and he will now be hoping to kick on with Juventus after a tough start to the campaign.
Juventus failed to win the two Serie A matches they played in without Ronaldo since the October international break.
Sunday’s victory though, which came off the back of their 2-0 defeat to Barcelona in the Champions League, has moved the Italian giants up to third in Serie A – four points behind leaders AC Milan after six games.
