Millie Savage, 27, who is mother to their daughter, aged three, saw her relationship with Stones crumble after the summer football tournament in Russia two years ago.
They split in November of that year and she claimed he told her he was ‘done’ and ‘I don’t love you anymore’.

Former beautician and recent mother Olivia Naylor, 30, has been romantically linked to the 24-year-old
Shortly after their split, Ms Savage claimed she received an Instagram message revealing the footballer, 26, who also plays for Premier League club Manchester City, had started dating former beautician Olivia Naylor.
She claimed that she has felt ‘bullied ever since by his wealth and power’.
Ms Savage said that footballers are treated as ‘gods’ and that Stones ‘bought into it wholeheartedly’ after the World Cup in Russia.
‘He let fame get into his head,’ she added.
Ms Savage and Stones met at school in South Yorkshire when she was 14 and they were together when he moved to Premier League side Everton from Barnsley before joining Manchester City for £47million in 2016.
Ms Savage then gave birth to their daughter a year later and the couple were pictured hugging in the stands at the World Cup after England defeated Sweden 2-0 and reached the semi-finals.

She said that before the tournament, Stones was ‘lovely, polite’ and that she and him were ‘like an old couple’.
However, she claimed to have noticed a change in his behaviour after the tournament. She alleged he started partying more with teammates and drinking at home.
The mother added that she was then left in tears when he left her in November 2018 after she questioned why they had not got married.
Stones then left their £3.4million Cheshire home
Stones left their Cheshire home and stayed in a flat at City’s training ground, as we reported.
Ms Savage then received the Instagram message alleging he was dating Ms Naylor and that she was pregnant with his child.
A source close to Stones told The Sun that the footballer is a ‘devoted and loving father’ and that he ‘denies and refutes’ the ‘version of events described.
