Preventive measures in Egypt – archive
The Egyptian Ministry of Health and Population announced the registration of 664 new infections and 29 deaths from the virus, up from 611 cases and 28 deaths the previous day.
The ministry stated that the total number that was registered in Egypt with the new Corona virus until Sunday is 125,555 cases, of which 106,817 cases have been cured, and 7,098 deaths.
For his part, the epidemiology consultant at the World Health Organization, Amjad Al-Khouli, confirmed yesterday, Saturday, that “Egypt is among the countries that have secured their needs for Corona vaccine doses through the (Kovax) organization.
He added, “It was agreed that about 20 million doses will arrive in the first quarter of 2021.”
