On Saturday, the Egyptian Ministry of Health announced the registration of 547 new cases of coronavirus and 46 deaths, compared to 589 cases and 48 deaths on Friday.
Ministry spokesman Khaled Mujahid indicated that the total number of corona cases in the country reached 165,418, of which 129,293 cases were cured and 9263 deaths.
Egypt recently launched a vaccination campaign against the Corona virus, which it initiated with medical workers, using the Chinese “Sinopharma” vaccine.
