Jill Biden sends a special gift to Michelle Obama from the White House

Michelle Obama, wife of former US President Barack Obama, has expressed her happiness with a touching personal gift from the new White House lady, Jill Biden.

Michelle Obama received from her friend, wife of the new US president, Joe Biden, a basket of vegetables harvested from the kitchen garden in the White House, which she planted when she was living in Al-Abyad, in 2009.

Michelle Obama shared a picture of the handover on her Instagram page, and said, “Very grateful for this lovely care package from the amazing first lady! This fresh vegetable from the White House garden was a wonderful and delicious surprise .. I love you Jill!

For her part, the first lady, Jill Biden, responded in the comments: “Food is love” with a green heart-shaped emoji.
