Argentina exceeds the level of two million cases of corona, and deaths close to 50 thousand cases

The death toll from confirmed cases of the new Corona virus, which causes the “Covid-19” infection, in Argentina, on Wednesday, exceeded the level of two million cases, while deaths approached the barrier of 50 thousand.

The Argentine Ministry of Health reported that the death toll from the virus had increased during the past 24 hours, by 7739 cases, to reach the point 2001034.

The ministry added that there are 1798120 recoveries from this number, while the number of active injuries is 153240.

The daily statistics also stated that the health authorities monitored 108 deaths due to “Covid-19” last day, bringing the number of victims of the pandemic in Argentina to 49,674 deaths.
