Grandson of the late Italian dictator Mussolini signs his first professional contract with Lazio

Romano Floriani Mussolini, grandson of the late Italian dictator, Benito Mussolini, signed his first professional football contract with Lazio, who recently joined his under-23 team.

On his official Instagram page, Romano published a photo of him while signing a professional contract with Lazio until 2024.

Mussolini, the grandson, wrote: “I am delighted to sign my first professional contract with Lazio, and to spend another 3 years in this shirt.”

Romano Mussolini last month, when joining the Lazio youth team, called on Lazio fans not to judge him by his family.

Romano is the third son of Alessandra Mussolini and her husband, Mauro Floriani, and the grandson of Benito Mussolini, who was Prime Minister of Italy between 1922 and 1943 after a fascist coup, and allied with Germany, led by Hitler in World War II.
