The Egyptian authorities have arrested a Jordanian, who owns the largest plantation of narcotic hashish in Suez Governorate.
“Al-Youm Al-Sabea” newspaper reported that “the owner of a drug farm confessed to manufacturing hashish and mixing it with toxic substances, and that he was sending through WhatsApp the secret of the mixture to the drug trafficker for free.”
Prosecutor’s investigations confirmed that “messages were seized on his phone that collect him with drug dealers explaining to them how to mix narcotic substances.”
The accused admitted that drug dealers were using the mixing methods that he was sending and multiplying their profits from the hashish trade, and that he did not take money from them in exchange for the secret of the mixture.
The investigations revealed that the accused and his partner in the ownership of the drug farm had been staying together on the farm throughout the past period, and that he had been living in Egypt for years.
The newspaper pointed out that the Suez Court judge decided to renew the imprisonment of the owner of the farm for 15 days pending investigations.
