Attendees are strongly advised to pre-purchase parking and arrive early to mitigate traffic congestion. Several parking lots will have delayed openings, not accessible until 5:30 PM:
- Astor Park Garage

Several stadium policy changes are now in effect. For the 2025 season, the Northwest gate will be closed. A new North Gate, located behind the Nordecke section, will be available for entry and exit. Additionally, the designated smoking section at Lower.com Field has been moved to the North Gate. Smoking, including the use of marijuana or THC products, is strictly prohibited in all other areas of the stadium.
For efficient entry, fans should ensure their official Columbus Crew App is updated and they are logged into their Ticketmaster account to access their mobile tickets. The stadium features self-scan turnstiles and offers a free Express Entry option via facial ticketing at the AEP Gate. The stadium enforces a strict no-bag policy, with exceptions for diaper bags, medical bags, and small clutches no larger than 5″x8″x1″.
