A German girl converted to Islam in a Berlin mosque at the hands of a Palestinian youth from the Gaza Strip, who invited her to Islam and told her about it, according to the Verification and Monitoring Unit “Sanad” in the Al Jazeera network.
The young man, Muhammad Tamraz, wrote on his Facebook account: “The end of this year was good. Praise and thanks be to God alone who enabled me to help this girl to convert to Islam. I thank my friends who shared this joy with me.”
And Tamraz posted on his YouTube account a video clip documenting the moment the girl pronounced the two testimonies in German and Arabic, and explained their meaning to her, so that the young Tamraz began presenting her with a gift and a Palestinian keffiyeh and distributing sweets to those present.
Arab activists in Germany also published video clips documenting the moment of declaring Islam, amid the joy and blessing of those present.
