(Trends Wide) — Actor and comedian Bob Saget was found dead Sunday in a hotel room in Orlando, according to a statement from the Orange County Sheriff’s Office.
“Earlier today, officers were called to the Ritz-Carlton Orlando, Grande Lakes for a call about an unresponsive man in a hotel room. The man was identified as Robert Saget and pronounced dead at the scene. Detectives found no signs of drug use in this case. #BobSaget, ”the sheriff’s office told via Twitter.
In an email to Trends Wide, the sheriff’s office said they responded to the Ritz-Carlton Orlando just after 4 pm “in response to a man-down call. Upon arrival, they located an unresponsive man in a hotel room. The man, identified as Robert Lane Saget ”.
The sheriff’s office added: “The medical examiner’s office will ultimately determine the cause and manner of death.”
Saget is known for his role on the popular show “Full House.”
