The inaugural MLB Speedway Classic at Bristol Motor Speedway was halted Saturday night after two rain delays ultimately forced the game’s suspension. The contest between the Cincinnati Reds and the Atlanta Braves is scheduled to resume Sunday at 1 p.m. ET.
When play was stopped during the first inning, the Reds held a 1-0 lead over the Braves. The run came from an Austin Hays single that brought Matt McLain home. Cincinnati had two runners on base at the time of the suspension.
The remainder of the game will be televised on Fox and available for streaming on Fubo.
