Ryan Seacrest recently sparked lighthearted speculation about his love life after a conversation on his radio show, “On Air With Ryan Seacrest.” The new Wheel of Fortune host playfully wondered if he was being set up after his co-host, Tanya Rad, revealed her friends have been asking about him since he attended her wedding.
The topic emerged when Rad shared that her friends consistently ask, “What’s Ryan doing? You should invite Ryan,” whenever they make plans. Seacrest, who came to the wedding single, joked, “These friends are very kind and thoughtful.” Another co-host, Sisanie, noted that Seacrest was incredibly sociable at the event, talking to everyone from the bartenders to the DJ.
“I spent time with people, I came single, so what?” Seacrest quipped, before pressing further. “Are any of these friends available? Is that what you’re trying to say here? Is it a setup?” After Rad confirmed that three of the friends in question are single, Seacrest enthusiastically suggested, “Well, let’s go do something,” prompting laughter and a joke from Sisanie that it could turn into an episode of The Bachelor.
Seacrest’s role at the wedding was more than just a guest; he officiated the ceremony for Rad and her husband, Roby Yadegar, in Punta Mita, Mexico, on March 15.
Despite his recent openness to a setup, Seacrest has previously expressed his reluctance to marry. During a May appearance on Live With Kelly and Mark, he reflected on officiating the wedding, stating, “It’s as close to a wedding as I’ve ever gotten, as I ever will be.” When asked if the experience made him consider marriage, Seacrest, who turns 50 in December, humorously deflected, saying, “At this age now, if I got married, it’s like, I’d die soon, so it’s like, ‘What’s the point?’”
Seacrest’s most recent public relationship was with model Aubrey Paige Petcosky, which lasted from 2021 to early 2024. His past relationships include actress Julianne Hough and model Shayna Taylor.
