Quintana Roo competes in more than 10 categories of the World Travel Awards

Awards at Central America

Just last September 1, it was announced that Quintana Roo won 10 awards at the World Travel Awards for the Central American region, whose gala was held on Wednesday night at Sandals Montego Bay, Jamaica.

The first of the prizes won went to Cancun with the best international airport, which had already won seven previous times, in 2013, 2017, 2018, 2019 and 2020.

The second prize went to Tulum twice as the best beach destination in Central America and the best in all of Mexico.
