Wyndham sees improvement in bleisure travel

53% of travelers want to enjoy new experiences, that compensate for vacation plans postponed due to the pandemic, and that are now possible, showed a study of more than 2,000 Americans by Wyndham Hotels & Resorts and Palladium Hotel Group.

Due to hybrid office hours and a blurred line between work and personal life, one in three consumers plan to take a bleisure trip in the next year, showing that the trend of combining business and leisure travel will continue.

Additionally, more than half of those surveyed said they prefer beach destinations and nearly half also said they were likely to book an all-inclusive travel experience in 2023, which is in line with the rapid growth that Wyndham Hotels & Resorts is looking at the all-inclusive mode.

Following Wyndham’s business alliance with Palladium Hotel Group, they added 14 all-inclusive luxury resorts and more than 6,500 rooms to Registry Collection Hotels.
