Subtropical Storm Nicole is moving west in the Atlantic and is forecast to hit Florida by Tuesday. Orlando and Jacksonville could see heavy rains, as could South Tampa, which has yet to recover from the destruction left by Hurricane Ian. The Bahamas is under a tropical storm warning.
