Phoenix police officers shot at by person whilst in patrol vehicle leaving benefit retail store, prospects to violent arrest

Phoenix authorities on Thursday produced footage of a male shooting at law enforcement officers in a patrol automobile moments right after talking with them outside the house a usefulness store.
