The Mexican stock markets closed the negotiations this Friday with profits. The local stock indices advanced after posting four consecutive sessions with falls, in a market worried about the next steps of the Federal Reserve.
The leading index S&P/BMV IPC from Mexican stock exchange (BMV), made up of the 35 most traded shares in the local market, gained 0.41% and closed at 51,569.72 units. The FTSE BIVAfrom Institutional Stock Exchange (Biva), rose 0.42% to 1,076.91 points.

Within the benchmark, most components closed higher, with 23 stocks in the green and 12 in the red. The best performances had the titles of Cuervo, with 3.95%; Pinfra, with 3.09%, and Grupo Financiero Banorte, with 2.46 percent.
During the week, the main index of the Mexican market accumulated a fall of 0.81 percent. That happened after comments from members of the Fed and after a streak of four consecutive weeks with gains in which it registered an advance of 14.34 percent.
