TFJA commemorates the International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women

When inaugurating the event to eradicate violence from justice, magistrate Rafael Anzures Uribe, president of the Federal Court of Administrative Justice, declared that the commemoration of the International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women “is a reminder that encourages reflection that acts that result in physical, psychological or sexual harm or suffering to girls, adolescents and women are not permissible, under any perspective, as well as threats, coercion or any other behavior that may even imply the restriction to their legal sphere or the deprivation of their liberty”.

The event, held at the TFJA headquarters, was also attended by Dr. Olga Sánchez Cordero, president of the Justice Commission of the Senate of the Republic, a constant promoter of gender equality and the elimination of violence against women, as well as magistrate Magda Zulema Mosri Gutiérrez, president of the Second Section of the Superior Chamber of the TFJA and of the Commission for Gender Equality; Dr. Leticia Bonifaz Alfonzo, federal deputy Olimpia Tamara Girón, magistrates Carlos Chaurand Arzate, Juan Manuel Jiménez Illescas, Jesús Anlén Alemán and Mónica Güicho González, among others.
