Movies and series recorded in Puebla capital attract tourism

Puebla, Pue. Through movies or series that are filmed in the capital, tourists list the city as one of their travel destinations, which is why the city council seeks to attract more productions to be recorded here and, with this, increase national and international promotion. international.

The municipal Secretary of Economy and Tourism, Alejandro Cañedo Priesca, explained that the arrival of this type of television productions is contributing to the reactivation of commerce and service providers that until this year saw better sales numbers.

He stressed that two important productions were recently filmed in Puebla, in addition to series and movies for the different streaming platforms.

According to a survey carried out with tourists, 61% report that they were interested in learning about Angelópolis because of the programs they saw where part of the city’s attractions were taught.
