An administrator with the Murray County College District is accused of obtaining a sexual relationship with a scholar and giving alcohol to minors.
Dr. Rachelle Louise Terry, 43, of Chatsworth, was arrested and charged with youngster molestation and statutory rape.
Terry was also billed with 10 counts of furnishing liquor to minors all through a Halloween get together earlier this calendar year.
