Savings from Mexican workers are invested in Mítikah: Fibra Uno

The retirement savings of millions of Mexican workers are invested in the emblematic mixed-use development, Mítikah, which included a total investment of 22.5 billion pesos.

“In this project today it is a reality (in part) due to the participation of the Retirement Fund Administrators (Afore) who trusted Fibra Uno and believed in this great development, investing the funds of millions of Mexican workers”, stated the deputy general director of Fibra Uno, Gonzalo Robina.

The Mítikah development covers a total of one million square meters and houses, in addition to the shopping center, an apartment tower, an office building, and medical offices. During its construction, around 2,000 workers came to work per work shift.

During the ribbon-cutting ceremony of the Mítikah Shopping Center, the manager announced that the shopping center alone reached an influx of around 1.3 million visitors in its first month of opening, at the end of last September.

When the commercial complex stabilizes or when the stores are fully open, it is expected to receive 2.5 million people per month or 30 million visitors each year, which is equivalent to almost a quarter of the population of the entire Mexican Republic. , which reaches 130 million 262,220 citizens.

Gonzalo Robina highlighted that only the commercial space is covered by a dome of 8,800 square meters. It is made up of an offer of more than 280 commercial spaces distributed along five levels in a rentable area of ​​120,000 square meters.

Its main anchor stores are a Cinepolis, iron palace, Liverpool. His commercial proposal includes the exhibition and sale of fashion brands such as H&M, Victoria’s Secret, Abercrombie, HollisterBerger, Mont-Blanc, Hugo Boss, All Saints and many others.

In its so-called sports corridor you can find shops Nike, Adidas, Puma, Lululemon, On. On its gourmet floor it houses a restaurant Madero PortNegroni, Fisher’sMochomos, Hotaru, Cheesecake Factory, Shake ShackCalifa, Sushi Roll and many others.
