The manufacturing conglomerate Honeywell International Inc. said Monday it has agreed to pay about $200 million to resolve criminal and civil corruption investigations related to bribery schemes in the United States and Brazil.
The United States Department of Justice and the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) announced the resolution of parallel investigations related to bribes that Honeywell paid between 2010 and 2014 to a high-ranking executive of Brazil’s state oil company. Petrobras to secure business.
