At the same time, it will improve traffic in the metropolitan area of ​​Monterrey, since all the cargo transport that entered the city and caused significant traffic from south to north, from the La Boca dam to the municipality of San Nicolás de the Garza and Escobedo, will be avoided.

The Peripheral of the Metropolitan Area of ​​Monterrey (PAMM) is a project that began its operation in stage I in 1991 and stage II in 1993; After 30 years, this work will be completed.
