STROUDSBURG, Pennsylvania — A graduate student arrested in the stabbing deaths of 4 College of Idaho learners agreed to be extradited from Pennsylvania so he can be formally charged and prosecuted.
Wearing a crimson jumpsuit to a limited Monroe County court overall look Tuesday afternoon, Bryan Christopher Kohberger, 28, waived his correct to an extradition hearing.
