(CNN) — Actor Jeremy Renner was “completely crushed” by a snowplow, according to a 911 call log released by the Washoe County Sheriff’s Office.
CNN obtained the record of 911 calls through a public records request. The caller’s identity has been removed by the Washoe County Sheriff’s Office.
The 911 call was made at 8:55 a.m. local time.
“Subject was struck by a snowcat,” the record says. Caller is yelling: Caller says subject is down and subject has been crushed.
He later identifies the subject as Jeremy Renner.
“[Renner] he’s moaning loudly in the background, severe bleeding,” the 911 dispatcher notes in the call log. “[Renner] he is bleeding a lot from the head and other injuries [desconocidas] – [la persona que llama] She’s not sure where all the blood is coming from.”
Another note in the log says that Renner was “completely crushed under a [vehículo] great for snow” and that Renner has “extreme [dificultad] to breathe”. He goes on to read that “the right side of his chest is collapsed, his upper torso is crushed.”
About 49 minutes after the call was first made, the record indicates Renner was taken in a helicopter transport on his way to the hospital.
“[Renner] has all kinds of injuries, but is currently [respirando] y [consciente]”, the record reads.
Renner, 51, was struck by his snowcat, a motor-driven machine used to clear snow, Washoe County Sheriff Darin Balaam said Tuesday during a news conference.
At some point, the machine began to move forward while Renner was not in the driver’s seat, Balaam said. He was injured when he was trying to get back on the machine, Balaam explained. Some members of Renner’s family were with him when he was injured.
A spokesperson for Renner previously told CNN that he suffered “blunt chest trauma and orthopedic injuries.” So far, the actor has undergone two surgeries related to the injuries, a source close to the actor told CNN.
