Samuel García calls for the unity of the three powers to reestablish the Metropolitan Coordination Table

Apodaca, Nuevo León.- The governor Samuel Alejandro Garcia Sepulveda He called for unity at all powers and levels of government for the reestablishment of the Metropolitan Coordination Table.

This was expressed during the inauguration of the new Palace of Justice in the municipality of Apodaca, where recognition was given to former magistrates of the Judiciary for their careers.

“I ask my mayor friends, my friends from the Judiciary and the Legislative Unity and height of vision, that the Metropolitan Coordination returns soon, that relations return soon to start with the regulatory laws of the new Constitution,” he pointed out.

The president recognized that dynamism, activity and medium and minor public works in the municipalities are essential.

“This is going to be the year in which the mayors, regardless of color, are going to have a growth never seen before of 32% of their budgets for public works, especially for security and mobility; That is what Congress has in its hands and I have no doubt that a 2023 package is coming that will be voted unanimously for the good of Nuevo León and it will leave Congress soon ”, he pointed out.

García Sepúlveda said that this Budget, together with the new Constitution, makes Nuevo León the most autonomous and federalist federative entity in Mexico.

He stressed that if the 32 subnational budgets of the country are compared, of the 141,000 million pesos that he proposes for the 2023 financial year, 41,000 million pesos are own resources and 100,000 million are resources that come from the Federation.

He argued that Nuevo León has a financial autonomy of almost 30%, the national average is 15%, and there are five states that do not even have 10 percent.
