PHOENIX (AP) — Two persons had been killed and 11 many others wounded just after a pickup truck crashed into a team of bicyclists Saturday morning in Arizona.
The Goodyear Police Office said the pickup struck a “large group of grownup bicyclists” just ahead of 8 a.m. in suburban Phoenix.
A woman died at the web site of the crash, law enforcement said, although a second bicyclist died at a healthcare facility. Eleven many others had been taken to hospitals in the place with “various” injuries.
Police said the driver of the pickup truck, who has not been determined, stayed at the scene of the crash.
Law enforcement have not produced further more data about what prompted the crash.
