On January 1, 2023, the Government of Mexico City reported on the discount plan for the payment of taxes and services such as Property, Water and Tenure. The deadline to enjoy these facilities is approaching, so take your precautions and plan your expenses.

The Ministry of Administration and Finance published the guidelines to obtain the 100% discount of the Tenancy when covering the cost of the Endorsement. The first thing to keep in mind is that the deadline is March 31. If by then you did not comply with the payment of $658 pesos, an amount determined by article 219 of the Mexico City Fiscal Code for this year, then you will face the total disbursement of the Tenancy.

The endorsement is valid for cars whose value does not exceed $250 thousand pesos with VAT included and once the depreciation factor has been applied; It is for both individuals and non-profit corporations.
