(CNN) — The girl band BLACKPINK is one of the most successful in K-Pop since its debut in 2016, surpassing even the likes of Justin Bieber in popularity. With their tour “Born Pink” they arrive this April 26 and 27 at Foro Sol in Mexico City.

The BLACKPINK phenomenon
BLACKPINK originated from YG Entertainment, a prominent South Korean record label. This company is in charge of identifying artists with potential and subjecting them to intensive training to develop their talent and turn them into stars.
