More security and justice for women: Manolo Jiménez

• This week the candidate of the PRI-PAN-PRD coalition toured all the regions of Coahuila for the sixth time

Arteaga, Coahuila; May 12, 2023.- During meetings with thousands of citizens from the municipalities of Frontera and Arteaga, the candidate of the Citizens’ Alliance for Security, Manolo Jiménez Salinas, stressed that he will be the governor of women and will develop a great program of justice and security.

Since the beginning of his campaign, Jiménez Salinas has been very emphatic in making known the proposals focused on the full development and equality of Coahuila women, as well as their protection and access to justice.

To do this, he announced that during his administration the Violeta Police will be created, a command specialized in dealing with gender violence, just as it was formed when he was mayor of Saltillo and great results were achieved, now it can be replicated throughout the entity.

“More empowered, fulfilled, safe and happy women in Coahuila; Let’s go for a great justice program, we are going to strengthen the shelters for women who have been violated and the full weight of the law will fall for those who violate them: whoever messes with the women of Coahuila are going to mess with the governor!”, he highlighted.

He also announced the scholarship programs for high school and free university, credits for entrepreneurs and self-employment for housewives, among others.

Likewise, Jiménez Salinas asked the citizens for their support to be able to serve them from the state administration and continue building the greatness of Coahuila through actions, works and programs for economic and social development.

In Frontera he was accompanied by the candidate for local deputy for district six, Edith Hernández, and in Arteaga by the candidate for local deputy for district twelve, Edna Dávalos, with whom he pointed out the importance of working as a team from the legislature for the authorization of budgets and programs focused on equal opportunities and conditions for women from Coahuila.
