In the third group, Angola’s Petro Atletico tied with its guest, Esperance of Tunisia, without goals.
The two teams failed to score from the opportunities they had throughout the 90 minutes, so the referee blew the whistle to end the match in a scoreless draw.
Petro Atletico raised its score to eight points at the top of the group, while Esperance raised its score to 5 points in second place.
Another match in the group will be held later today, Tuesday, where Al-Hilal of Sudan, which is in third place with three points, will meet its guest, Etoile du Sahel of Tunisia, which is in fourth and last place with the same balance of points.
