Christine McGuinness has revealed that she ‘can’t give enough to somebody’ to form a new relationship while discussing her love life in the wake of her split from her husband Paddy.
The mother-of-three, 36, has shared in a new interview that while she sees ‘being around somebody intimately’ as ‘the most magical thing to have in her life,’ she doesn’t feel she can ‘offer enough’ to a new partner.
Christine, who split from Paddy in 2022 after 11 years of marriage, also shared that she is yet to move out of the home they share with their three children, as he is only home for a ‘couple of days a month’ due to his work commitments.
Asked whether she is planning on dating in the future, Christine told MailOnline: ‘Right now I’m really really happy, I’ve never dated anyone who I haven’t had a relationship with, even my teenage years, who I wasn’t friends with first, and then it kind of developed into a relationship.
‘That was even the situation with my ex-husband, we knew each other for a while before it developed into a relationship.

‘But this is the first time I’ve been completely on my own, and I’ve got time for myself, and that time’s really limited.
‘I don’t know if I could really offer enough to somebody to be in a relationship right now, it’s not that I don’t want to. I deserve love, and I love love, and I think being around somebody intimately, and laughing and enjoying adult company, is an amazing magical thing to have in your life if you’ve got it, I think love is a blessing.
‘It’s me, I do not feel that I can give enough to somebody, for that to be a relationship because I’m at home with my three children, and if I’m not at home I’m at work or at a charity event or something.’
Christine added that after ending her marriage, she has no plans to tie the knot again in the immediate future.
She added: ‘ ‘I think that’s something I’ll definitely rule out, because I’ve done that I had the big white wedding I was married for 15 years it’s not something I’m in any rush to do I only wanted to get married once.
‘I just think if I get love again in my life I’ll be really happy with that.’
Christine then shared insight into her unlikely living arrangements with her ex Paddy, explaning that while they are still living together, it’s a dynamic that works well for their three children Leo and Penelope, 10, and Felicity, aged seven.
She explained: ‘I’m so happy we’ve done that, I don’t know how long it’ll last for. Whilst it’s working I don’t want to change it, I don’t want to move my children to separate houses, I don’t want to have to be dropping them off at Daddy’s for a couple of days and then back at mummy’s and I don’t want to mess their routine.

‘How we are now, we’re sort of in and out, so Patrick is so busy, he’s filming three different TV shows at once and he’s going on tour this year, so he’s incredibly busy.
‘He’s at home a couple of days a month and it works for us the kids are alwas excited when Daddy’s coming back, and when Daddy’s coming back Mummy can go out!’
It comes after Christine revealed she is sure she’ll ‘find love again’ after splitting from her husband Paddy.
She shared that she is ‘happily single’ and knows that it’s currently ‘the right thing for her,’ days after it was reported that she and Paddy had settled their divorce amicably out of court.
Christine told The Mirror: ‘I’m very happily single. That’s the right thing for me. I know that I deserve love and I know that one day I will find love again.’
Earlier this month, it was revealed that Christine has been enjoying a holiday’ with ‘tomboy’ musician Roxxxan, after they fuelled romance rumours with a cosy footsie snap.
The model added: ‘I love being an LGBTQI ally. Nobody judges anybody. The LGBTQI community are confortable within themselves. There’s no jealousy. I wish the whole world was a little bit more like that.’
Noting her living arrangements with Paddy, Christine added: ‘He’s at home a couple of days a month and it works for us, the kids are always excited when Daddy’s coming back
Christine, who is set to compete on the new series of Celebrity Masterchef, added she’s found a new lease of life since turning 35.
She said: ‘Something quite magical happens when a woman turns 35. What can I do to make myself happy? As a mum, you’ve always got someone above you. Everything I do is for them. I want to travel more. I want to go to Thailand. I’d love to go to America. I’d love to do a travel show.’
It was recently reported that Christine and Paddy had settled their divorce amicably, avoiding a lengthy court battle.
The pair have maintained a strong relationship and still live together while co-parenting their three children – twins Leo and Penelope, 10, and Felicity, aged seven.
A source told The Sun: ‘They managed to settle the divorce out of court and have kept everything amicable.
‘They have separate bedrooms and a house in Cheshire big enough for them all, so there is no need to move yet.
‘But they probably will sell it down the line and get their own places.’
