Across its lengthy tenure, the series referenced the existence of aliens several times. However, Sam and Dean never wound up actually discovering one with their legitimacy remaining shrouded in mystery despite hints. As a result, if and when Ackles and Padalecki decide to rev up the Impala once again they must encounter aliens in the prospective reunion.
