According to the bookies, Korda is the big favorite in this match, but we disagree. Klein played three solid qualifying matches so far. He almost defeated Zverev last year in Melbourne. We expect a tight match that could go either way. Klein loves to play aggressive tennis, which is a perfect surface for him.

Tommy Paul has lost three of his last five matches. This week in Adelaide, Paul reached the semifinals, losing against Auger-Aliassime in three tight sets. So far this season, Tommy has played only one preparation tournament. Last year in Melbourne, Tommy reached the third round, losing against Kecmanovic in five sets. His biggest result in the Australian Open happened in 2023, when he reached the semifinals, losing against Djokovic in straight sets.
Best Bet to Make
According to the bookies, Paul is the big favorite in this match, but we disagree. Christopher played solidly this year so far. He is a big server, so we expect him to win his service games comfortably. Tommy Paul tends to have momentum shifts in his game, so we believe Christopher will keep this match tight.
