In Netflix’s new reality series, “W.A.G.s to Riches,” the women may be in relationships with ballers, but they’re still all about getting their own bags.
The show will be released in January and follows the lives of current and former WAGs, or wives and girlfriends of professional athletes and rap artists.
The viewers “will take a peek into their glamorous and drama-filled lives, as they balance the challenges of fame and relationships with their own personal ambition amid the often chaotic world of professional sports and music,” the streaming platform noted in a press release.
It is anchored by Sharelle Rosado, founder and CEO of Allure Realty, which was featured on “Selling Tampa.” During a recent interview on Miami radio station 99Jamz, Rosado shared that the series will show a different side of WAGs that hasn’t been highlighted in similar shows.
“This show is going to show the women out here killing it,” she said. “It’s not just drama. It shows our business(es), shows that we are out here grinding.”
Here’s what we know about “W.A.G.s to Riches.”
